I plan new product launches while making sure that the old product phases out accordingly. Once the project reaches a specific milestone, I start planning what we need in order to launch a new tire line on time (design releases, molds, test builds, etc.) and estimate when we should have inventory at our selling location. As you can tell, this is a very cross functional position – coordination needs to happen with RDI, industry, technical, supply chain, logistics, customer service, marketing and sales. I’ve enjoyed every job I’ve had but this one has been the most satisfying since I’ve seen what needs to happen to get a product to market and being part of an actual commercial launch has been VERY exciting.
