Michelin in the Nordic Countries

Michelin has had a local presence in the Nordic since the 1920's.  Starting with one company in every Nordic country, we have since 2003 become a Nordic organization with our head-office based in Södermalm, Stockholm.  Today, we are approximately 220 employees and together with UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are part of a zone called Europe North.   Our sales force, with Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers, is present in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. We also have a distribution center located in Kungälv, Gothenburg, with employees working with logistics and in the warehouse. To Kungälv, tires come from factories in Europe to later be distributed to our Nordic market.   In Stockholm we have our Nordic head-office where our management team is based and key functions like Marketing, Supply, Finance, HR, Purchasing and IT.  We are very proud of our stunning new office, where we work activity based. In Kungälv, Gothenburg, we have our Nordic Warehouse and distribution center with warehouse-workers and logistic specialists.   Throughout the Nordic countries, we work empowered and flexible, so we can combine work life with private life, it is very important for us that everyone can achieve a good work-life balance.
